Personal Pickup & Meeting
I am happy to meet the new family personally within 2 hours of Aurora, MO free of charge, anything further would need to be worked out prior and agreed upon a charge. A buyer is also welcome to fly in and pick up their baby. I have access to several surrounding airports that I am happy to meet you at. The Airport codes closest to me are SGF, JLN, XNA, TUL, MCI. Any of those airports would work for a fly in. When people fly in they typically book a flight and return the same day leaving a 2 hour min window at the turn around in the event their first flight might have been delayed. I will be at the curb waiting for you so that you can turn around walk back in go through airport security and board your flight home. Most airlines will charge you a carry on fee and you will need a soft sided airline approved pet carrier that will fit under the seat in front of you. You would need to check with the airlines for the dimensions. United Airlines requires the puppy to be a minimum of 16 weeks of age, and Delta Airlines requires a minimum of 10 weeks of age, all other airlines are minimum of 8 weeks of age. Balance of the puppy can be paid upon meeting me to take your baby home with you.
1.) There are two different types of flight nannies, Crystal is my number # 1 choice of a flight nanny. She books a flight and buys a ticket, on the morning of the flight we meet (she lives in Missouri) and she takes the puppy to the airport, flies it in cabin with her to your location, your puppy is subject to sharring a carrier with another puppy as well, then turns around and flys back home. She is a breeder, and is knowledgeable with dogs and can tell if one is in distress or not feeling well. Since she is purchasing a ticket you will know exactly when to expect your baby and he/she will be expertly cared for along the way, this option is the most expensive due to her purchasing a ticket, she starts at $ 550, puppy must be paid in full before leaving. (Price increase as of 11/6/2020 due to the rising cost of airline tickets)
2.) I have another service that is $ 475 that I can use (TLC Flight Nanny, LLC), as well as the option of two other nannies that charge $ 450, they are airline stewardess that fly pets on their days off, they are flying standby, so the flight they give you may or may not work out, if they get to the airport and are unable to get a seat on that flight then they will have to rebook, typically they can just catch another flight out later that day, however they may have to reschedule. (These nannies do not live locally, they are flying in from their home city to Fayetville airport to pick your puppy up from me at the security area, your puppy will be the only puppy in the carrier, once they meet you with your puppy they turn around and fly back to their home city.) So if you are a person that does not accept change well and needs to have your pet flown and received as promised this nanny is probably not your best option. This option is completely out of my control should the nanny not be able to board a flight, I am unable to control the seats available on any flight:) These nannies do not always have dog breeder experience nor do they have experience with the French Bulldog breed in general. Puppy must be paid in full before leaving.
Ground shipping is a company that I use out of Neosho, MO the name of the company is Puppy Travelers. They have an air conditioned and heated van with water and cages on board. There are 2 drivers who rotate driving and taking care of the puppies. They DO NOT deliver door to door, they leave every Monday evening between 5-7pm and deliver puppies along their route. They do not have flexibility as they are on a very tight schedule to make it back in time for the next week. The driver will call you later Monday night and set up a time and delivery location along his route, they travel main interstates and will meet in a very well lighted and safe location. However this can be 24 hours a day, so if you are unwilling to meet a driver at 3 am this option is probably not for you. I will not let a puppy less than 10 weeks old go on Ground Transport. They chage $ 200 for puppies under 12 weeks of age and $ 250 for puppies older, NJ and NY are an additional $ 50 to cover tolls. I will only use ground to the East Coast as the West Coast is just too many days to be on a van. If you choose ground I would need to call and see how close the driver can get to your town before booking. Puppy must be paid in full before leaving.
